Our current turnaround time is 2 - 4 weeks, which guarantees that your order will be made and shipped within this timeframe from the date of your order placement. All pieces are handmade, and we strive to get orders out ahead of our production time. If you require your order by a certain date, please email us after ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Times — We aim to provide you with accurate delivery estimates during the checkout process. However, it's important to note that these estimates are provided for your convenience and are intended as approximations rather than guaranteed delivery times.
Within Canada: We are happy to provide budget-friendly shipping rates, offering a variety of options from lettermail to express parcel services. Please be aware that tracking is not available for lettermail shipments.
US/International Orders: We provide worldwide shipping for all our customers.
Lost / Stolen Packages — While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery process for your packages, it's important to note that Inside Out cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for lost packages or for delays in shipping caused by courier errors or mishandling.
Return to Sender Package —
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reach out to the customer to confirm the correct address. Once the correct address is obtained, we will reship the package at the customer's expense for shipping charges.
Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts by the carrier, we will contact the customer to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Duty Fees and Taxes —
International Shipments: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable duty fees, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their respective country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on our website
Duty Payment Responsibility: If a package is held at customs due to unpaid duty fees or taxes, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for payment and clearance. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred, as well as any additional fees imposed by customs.

What is your jewelry made with?
All products listed are made with stainless steel or brass unless otherwise listed in the description. Stainless steel is tarnish, and rust-free.
How do I clean my Inside Out piece?
Stainless Steel Care: Stainless steel jewelry is durable, resistant to tarnish, and easy to care for.
1. Mix a solution of warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap in a bowl.
2. Dip a soft-bristled toothbrush or a cloth into the solution.
3. Gently scrub the stainless steel jewelry, paying attention to any crevices or hard-to-reach areas.
4. Rinse the jewelry thoroughly with warm water.
5. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth.
Note - Avoid using abrasive cleaners or brushes on your stainless steel pieces.
Brass Care: Brass jewelry can develop tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture (water), and skin oils. To keep your brass jewelry looking its best, regular cleaning is important.
1. Mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water in a bowl. You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar.
2. Soak your brass jewelry in the solution for 5-10 minutes. Avoid leaving it in for too long as it may cause damage to the jewelry.
3. Remove the jewelry from the solution and very gently scrub it with a soft-bristled toothbrush or a cloth.
4. Rinse the jewelry thoroughly with warm water to remove any remaining vinegar or lemon juice.
5. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth.
6. For brass pieces with heavy tarnishing use Brasso - Follow instructions on bottle and then thoroughly rinse pieces with a mild dish soap. Immediately pat piece dry with a soft cloth.
Inside Out offers a lifetime warranty to guarantee the durability and longevity of our pieces. Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that may arise during the normal use of our jewelry. Additionally, this warranty includes complimentary size adjustments and a re-polishing service to keep your pieces looking their best.
We provide the following warranty services for your jewelry:
Free Repairs: If your jewelry requires repair due to a manufacturing defect or fault, we will gladly repair it at no extra cost to you.
Free Adjustments: If your jewelry doesn't fit to your liking, we will happily make size adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for you.
How to Request Warranty Services:
To initiate a warranty claim or request repair/adjustment services, please follow these steps:
1. Send us an email with your full name, contact information, details about the jewelry item and the issue you are experiencing. You'll be guided through the necessary instructions on how to proceed with the repair or adjustment.
2. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping your jewelry item to us for repairs or adjustments, as well as the cost of shipping it back to you once the service is complete.

To provide you with added peace of mind, each piece is accompanied by a lifetime warranty. This warranty ensures that you receive complimentary repairs and adjustments for your jewelry throughout its lifetime. However, it's important to understand that the lifetime warranty does not cover instances of theft or loss, as it is specifically designed to address manufacturing defects, size adjustments or other issues with the jewelry itself.
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. We kindly ask our customers to review and apply any applicable discount codes at the time of purchase. This also means that we are unable to cancel or modify an order solely for the purpose of applying a discount code.
Online Redemption: Our gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases made through our website. Simply enter the unique gift card code during the checkout process. The gift card balance will be applied towards your order total.
In-Person Usage at Events: We participate in various events where Inside Out products are showcased. At these events, you can utilize your physical gift card as a form of payment for any eligible items available for sale.
Gift Card Validity: Our gift cards never expire. You can utilize the gift card at any time without worrying about expiration dates or time constraints.
Loss, Theft, or Damage: Inside Out cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please handle your gift card with care, just like cash. Unfortunately, we’re unable to reissue or refund a gift card once it’s been purchased.
Product Exclusions: Gift cards may not be eligible for use on certain products or services, as specified by Inside Out. This includes - Collaborative Pieces. Collaborative pieces are unique and exclusive creations that involve collaborations between Inside Out and other artists, designers, or brands. These pieces often have specific terms and conditions associated with them due to their limited availability or specialized production processes. As a result, we are unable to accept gift cards as a form of payment for collaborative pieces.
Returns and Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash or store credit. All sales of gift cards are final.
